Pricing
Priced on your facility, not on your patience.
Start free, run your real working day through it, and move to a paid plan when the team depends on it. No installation fee, no per-machine licence and no long contract.
How the stages work
Three stages, one system.
Every stage is the same software. What changes is how many people and how many facilities are using it.
| Stage | Best for | Includes | Pays when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | A single practice or a clinic testing the fit | Patient records, appointments, queue, consultations, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, one administrator | You decide it is worth paying for |
| Team | A hospital with a full shift roster | Everything in Free, plus unlimited staff accounts, invitations, departments and role-based access across the team | More than one person depends on it daily |
| Facility | Multi-department hospitals and groups | Everything in Team, plus multiple facilities, each with its own data, staff and numbering | You are running more than one site |
- No installation and no server to buy
- No per-machine licence — sign in from any device you already own
- Online payment through Flutterwave, with provider verification before an invoice is marked paid
- Quoted per facility, because a 12-bed clinic and a 200-bed hospital are not the same conversation
What you are not charged for
The costs that usually arrive later.
The listed price of hospital software and its five-year cost are rarely the same number. The difference is almost always in the items nobody mentions during the demo.
MediLounge is web-based, which removes the most common one: there is no server to purchase, no rack, no UPS, no per-machine client licence and no technician to visit when a workstation is replaced. A new computer is signed into the same workspace in a minute.
The second is time. Because there is no installation and no migration project, a facility is not paying consultants to reach a working state. You start with today's patients and add history at a pace your team can actually absorb.
Choosing a stage
How to decide without a spreadsheet.
- 01
If one person runs it
Stay on Free. It is the complete system, and there is no feature gate designed to make the free stage frustrating.
- 02
If a whole shift uses it
Move to Team. The value is that the doctor, the desk and the accounts team are all reading the same record — which needs more than one account.
- 03
If you run more than one site
Move to Facility. Each hospital keeps its own data, staff and numbering, so expansion never blurs the records.
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers, no hedging.
Is MediLounge really free to start?
Yes. The free stage is the working system — patient records, appointments, the walk-in queue, consultations, billing, pharmacy and laboratory — for a single practice with one administrator. It is not a trial with a clock on it, and no card is required to create a hospital.
How much does MediLounge cost for a full hospital?
Hospital management software is normally quoted per facility rather than at a fixed public price, because a 12-bed clinic and a 200-bed hospital use very different numbers of accounts and departments. Start on the free stage, then talk to us with your real bed count and shift roster and we will quote against that.
Are there installation or setup fees?
No. There is nothing to install and no server to buy, so there is no setup project and no consultant fee to reach a working state. A facility signs up in a browser, adds its departments and staff, and starts registering patients the same day.
Is there a contract or a lock-in period?
No long contract. Facilities move up a stage when more of the team depends on the system daily, and the data belongs to the hospital throughout. Exporting your patient register and invoice history is part of the arrangement rather than a special request.
No card required
Start free, then decide.
The free stage is a real working system, not a screenshot. Load your patients, book tomorrow and see whether the team reaches for it on day two.
